Andersonville Is Home Décor Mecca

From Mid Century to Asian Inspired and Attic Restored. . .

Take a walk  through Andersonville and you will see several home décor shops and a few new ones.

Did you know that M. Henry, a very popular restaurant known for their breakfasts,  is opening a home décor shop right next door located in the 5700 block of Clark Street?   Seems like a great idea for restaurant goers to browse in the new store while waiting for a table to open up.

Visit Baan Home at 5053 N Clark for Asian inspired home products.   Further south on Clark street, toward Foster, there is Urban Nest, White Attic,  Scout and Room Service. Urban Nest carries higher end furnishings, White Attic carries refinished wood pieces, and Scout carries  an eclectic mix of mid-century furniture, along with prints and accessories.   Room Service integrates vintage furnishings and accessories with restored pieces and mid century modern.

If you are looking for artwork and framing and accessories, visit Four Sided at 5061 N. Clark.   Take a short walk west on Balmoral to Ashland and visit Green Sky, specializing in eco, recycled furniture, art, ceramics and accessories.   Continue going west on Balmoral to  Painted Light at 1742 Balmoral, that specializes in photo restoration and duplication.  Located just down the block from Painted Light is the famous Pauline’s Restaurant, known for its home cooked breakfasts.
