Ms. Finegan is a full time Realtor, and sells in all areas of the city. She represents all types of property, from condos to homes to land to apartment buildings to vacation properties. Maggie´s philosophy is to provide "over the top" client service.
She sold $8 million in real estate in 2006, which included 24 deals and $10 million in real estate in 2007. In 2008-2009, she closed 36 deals and $11 million in sales. Her business has been growing at a rate of 25% per year, even with the market being relatively flat in some areas of the city. Maggie sold a total of $38 million in real estate in her 5 years in the business.
Specializing in working with busy executives and professionals, and with seniors, Maggie is a professional Realtor with 95% of her clients coming from referrals from satisfied clients. She spends all of her time serving her clients, rather than engaging in unproductive activities such as cold calling or door knocking.
Maggie runs a business within Keller Williams, leading a team of professionals including Sheri Danielle, a closing coordinator coordinator specialist; and Catherine Mallers, marketing and transaction manager. She leverages her staff and the latest technology, to make sure they never miss the opportunity to show your property to a buyer, and to provide the most innovative marketing systems to promote your listing to the widest audience possible.
Born in Rogers Park, and raised in Glenview, she attended elementary school in Glenview and high school in Wilmette, IL. Maggie holds a B.A. from Northern Illinois University, and graduated with honors from DePaul University in Chicago with a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Maggie has twenty five years of corporate marketing experience with a heavy client service orientation. She marketed the professional services of bankers, CPAs and attorneys, and was formerly a website developer with IBM, the Director of Marketing for the Illinois CPA Society, and Dykema Gossett Rooks Pitts.
A 20 year resident of Andersonville, Maggie spends her free time on community activities primarily in the Lincoln Square, Andersonville, and Ravenswood areas of the city. She is an avid reader, gardener, music lover, cyclist, and a member of Galter Life Center. Maggie and her husband Keith Clauson own income properties in Ravenswood and vacation rental condominiums in Costa Rica.
